Katarzia presents “Antigona” AV Live
Katarzia is a slovak songwriter based in Prague. She sings in Slovak language and her clever lyrics are closer to rap. Songs about human relationships bare the nuances of 90’s Slovak popular music, flirting with fragments of electronic syths, hip hop and cinematic atmosphere. At Lunchmeat Festival, Katarzia will perform award-winning music composed with Slovak producer Pjoni for a theatre piece called Antigona. The politically aware compositions were released on an album of the same name in the autumn of 2018, a time that Katarzia spent in the prestigious Red Bull Music Academy in Berlin.
