Sound sculptor and emotional architect, Mika Oki explores the notion of intangible spaces through AV installations, music and mixes. She started as a visual artist, but slowly developed an interest in DJing in clubs and radio shows. In her sets she manages to gather seemingly disparate and conflicting elements together, blending the boundaries between jungle, UK bass, gqom, dark electro, trance and 90s gems with great mastery. She has released personal music on Metaphore Industrie or BFDM.
