Feel the ritual! Berlin-based electronic music composer and sound artist H\u00fcma Utku mixes field recordings, acoustic instruments and atmospheric ambience into her strange, otherworldly recordings. With the help of Jungian psychology, mysticism and folklore, she composes music to narrate stories dwelling deep in the human psyche. This year\u00b4s album \u2018The Psychologist, a dark ambient odyssey recounting shared experiences of trauma, was released on Editions Mego. The visions of \u2018The Psychologist\u2019 come alive with the help of visual artist Utku \u00d6nal who works with the disturbing aesthetics of body horror cinema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
