As Minor Science, Angus Finlayson looks back to the heydays of 90’s electronic music, adding in a unique depth and detail distilled from the modern era. In 2014 he debuted on The Trilogy Tapes, before subsequently releasing a couple of blurry and inventive 12″s through Whities (now AD93). His full-length debut ‘Second Language’ from 2020 is a wild ride through techno, house, ambient and drum & bass, a hectic, hyperactive record that never stays in one place. The same can be said about Minor Science´s DJ sets: fusing an adventurous spirit with a balance of playfulness and virtuosity, it’s perfectly suited to late night dancing.
