Bristol-born and London-based DJ and producer Otik is a rare breed: not afraid to infuse both his recordings and DJ sets with strong emotions, his productions blur the lines between UK bass and techno as he flirts between ethereal, delicate sounds and banging basslines. Otik´s music transcends genres, but always retains notes of a recognisable sound you cannot mistake. He has released music for Keysound Recordings, DEXT and Gobstopper, but these days he runs his own imprint Solar Body. He has remixed Flume and Metronomy, holds residency at Rinse FM France, and submitted mixes for Dekmantel, Crack Magazine and NTS Radio.
