mʊdʌki pins together a remarkable number of forms of sound and music – she’s a co-founder of phonon~, a collective based towards the German border in Usti nad Labem mostly focused on field recordings, ambisonics, and sound art, and a multi-instrumentalist in their own right.  

mʊdʌki’s audiovisual debut at Lunchmeat Festival 2025 is entitled ‘Drizzle’: alongside compatriots from phonon~, the performance aims to group her various strengths, reinterpreting border region folktales, collected by Jaroslav Achab Haidler, with the region’s frequent blankets of fog serving as metaphor and medium to explore mythology and mechanisation.
