Andy Maddocks, alias MDX, is a founder of fundamental Manchester-based label Skam Records that, back in 1990s, released albums by Boards of Canada (jointly released with Warp Reords), the debut album of Lego Feet, a duo that later started producing under Autechre, and Gescom, an anonymous “umbrella” project that both Sean Booth and Rob Brown are also a part of.
