V4 AV Co-Creation Platform
New cross-border audiovisual performances connecting experimental music and visual art across the Visegrad region.
The project brings together three leading festivals for experimental music, audiovisual performance and digital culture from Czechia, Hungary and Slovakia: Lunchmeat Festival, UH Fest and NEXT Festival
The project will commission three new cross-border audiovisual performances created by emerging artist duos from different Visegrad countries. Each new work will combine sound, visual, new-media or performative practices and will be developed through joint curatorial cooperation between the partner festivals.
All three newly commissioned performances will be presented at each partner festival, creating a touring circuit across Prague, Budapest and Bratislava. The project aims to strengthen artistic cooperation within the V4 region, improve the circulation of emerging audiovisual artists, and introduce audiences to contemporary audiovisual creation from neighbouring countries.
